Fix - Godot Engine 3.5 -> 4.0 exports

Hey there, just passing by to announce there was a small fix on some chapters.
SpacebotJunkie reported that on page 13 I used the Godot Engine version 3.x approach to export variables.
The book is supposed to be using Godot Engine 4.0 all the way, so I just fixed every instance where this error occurred. Please if you notice anything weird that should be fixed, don't hesitate to report it as well. I'm here to deliver the best experience to you.
